I was born and raised in Wallonia, Belgium and completed my BSc in Neuroscience in 2018 at Keele University in the United Kingdom. Before starting my PhD, I worked for a European cancer research and clinical trials nonprofit, where I gained valuable experience in translational research and study design.
I joined the Araneda Lab and the BISI program in 2022, where my research focuses on how social isolation affects sensory processing and plasticity in the olfactory bulb. I especially enjoy combining behavioral and computational approaches, including machine-learning-based analysis pipelines, to better understand experience-dependent changes in neural function.
Outside of my research, I enjoy hiking with my dog, watercolor painting and playing the violin.
