Winter Term Proposal Timeline
Winter Courses
Previous summer: Generic solicitation of courses sent to Biology Faculty and post-docs. Scheduling of rooms begins immediately for promising courses to ensure room availability.
By the beginning of Fall term: All course proposals should be submitted to the Director of Undergraduate Studies
Late September: Biology Undergraduate Policy and Curriculum Committee meets to review proposals. Approved courses will be scheduled (if they have not been already)
Early October: Winter schedule released on Testudo, but registration not yet open.
Late October: Winter term registration begins.
November: Winter term teaching contracts printed and signed.
