The Bioinformatics Core will provide analysis services, grant writing support, and training. While standard pipelines will be developed most of the work will be project based. Services will be provided under committee-approved hourly rates. To submit a request for a no charge consultation fill out this form.

  • Genome and transciriptome assembly
  • Reference mapping
  • RNA-Seq expression analysis
  • Variant discovery (SNPs, RADtag, etc)
  • Experimental design assistance
